On Friday 4th of November 2022, CRWA team attended the annual Change Maker Awards at Crown Perth which shines a spotlight on Containers For Change WA trailblazers who are going above and beyond in the fight against the fill.
Community Recycling WA was proudly nominated and became a finalist in the Large Refund Point Operator of the Year category! We couldn’t have gotten this far without our staff, customers, partners and supporters!
We were honoured to be able to share the night with one of our super collectors and local Dawesville legend Wally Waters.
It was also great to see our partner Secret Harbour Primary School for making it into the top 4 in the School of the Year category!
Congratulations to all the finalists and winners this year!
It was a wonderful evening and we are looking forward to the year ahead of us. Thank you Containers For Change WA (WARRRL) for hosting and having us!
